Provide support to HUTCHINSON Techlam in Cernay (68) for the calculation and validation of numerical models applied to mechanical components.

Assignments:

▪ Build numerical models that accurately reproduce the overall mechanical behavior of parts or structures.

▪ Perform finite element calculations (metal, elastomer, thermal, linear, and non-linear) using Abaqus/CAE.

▪ Determine the optimal level of numerical simplification based on deadlines and expected accuracy.

▪ Analyze and present results with a critical eye on mechanical aspects.

▪ Provide expertise in defining calculation models aligned with design objectives and constraints.

Recent achievements:

▪ Design and optimization of models using Abaqus/CAE for implicit and explicit calculations on Flexible Joint Materials structures (metal and elastomer).

▪ Performance of implicit calculations for two ongoing studies on Flexible Joint Materials and in-depth analysis of results.

▪ Development of explicit models and calculations for a geometric optimization study of an ART component (ANTI ROTATIONAL TOOL).

▪ Analysis of results and preparation of data for integration into the Design Report.

▪ Drafting of technical summaries and PowerPoint presentations for communicating study results.
