Attached to several project teams within the credit core at XXXX and serving as a liaison between development teams, production teams, and infrastructure teams.

Main achievements:

- Migration of an application portfolio from a Legacy infrastructure (heritage) to a containerized private Cloud and management of applications natively hosted on the cloud:

• Preparation of target technical environments.

• Analysis/correction of technical anomalies related to the infrastructure

• Request for flux opening, CFT flux, MQ infra request...

• Deployment and container management with Kubernetes (IKS and Openshift)

- Responsible for production releases:

• Preparation and monitoring of application production releases.

• Writing and delivery of production release prerequisites (Installation Dossier, Operations Dossier, Acceptance Certificate, schedule, ...).

• Infrastructure monitoring and support for RUN teams in production incident management.

- Support for project teams in the BUILD phase.

- Implementation, maintenance, and administration of CI/CD tools.

- Technical watch on architecture recommendations (technical tiers, best practices)

- Participation in technical committees and follow-up meetings with tech leads, OPS, and project managers;

Within the production unit of entity X of BNP Paribas, the project led by IBM aimed to modernize existing infrastructures and support teams in their migration projects by providing them with targeted expertise on migration issues.

Within a research and development unit of L'ORÉAL, the client needed a new, more enriched, and more coherent data model.

Main achievements:

- Identification of data quality issues and discrepancies between databases.

- Implementation of several hundred business rules, often complex and interdependent, requiring strong functional domain expertise to improve data quality.

- Implementation of a Python module for data control, cleaning, and enrichment.

- Integration of data from the data quality control process and other sources into the Power BI dashboard.
