Daily administrative management and updating HR data on Midialog, including tracking schedules, absences, and personnel files. Actively contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsible for the daily smooth operation of the company, I ensure administrative, logistical, and human resources management. I supervise staff by assigning tasks, monitoring work, and managing schedules, absences, and leave. I also oversee stock management, order placement and receipt, and delivery checks to ensure operational continuity. In the absence of management, I assume responsibility for the company's smooth running. Finally, I motivate and lead the team, while ensuring customer reception and satisfaction.
