Participation in ERP deployment: gathering business needs, writing functional specifications, monitoring developments, and user acceptance testing on key modules before go-live. Analysis and description of business flows (purchasing, sales, catalog management, external interfaces) in functional specifications transmitted to technical teams. Functional configuration of Odoo Studio: workflow automation, module customization, rights and data management. Training and support for internal teams (purchasing, sales, business development) on using ERP modules: leading sessions by module, explaining features and business use cases. User support and incident triage (usage, data, configuration), ticket management via Jira and Trello, documented escalation to technical teams. Writing structured functional specifications based on business needs, transmitted to developers and validation of deliverables before go-live. Performance reporting for management: building Power BI and Tableau dashboards on key KPIs, identifying discrepancies, and recommendations.

Management of product flows under ERP Octave (on-premise): structuring, validating, and sending product data to marketplaces (Amazon, Google Shopping...). Direct relationship with the Octave publisher account manager: incident reporting, configuration requests, and bug tracking. Quality and integrity of data in the ERP: cleaning, structuring, and validating the product catalog. Configuration and maintenance of SaaS tools connected to the ERP: integration workflows and automation.

Management of digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media). User behavior analysis. Strategic watch and competitive analysis. Monitoring marketing KPIs via Google Analytics.
