Scrum Master and Agile Coach within the technical networks department 🛜 of Orange France, working on the New Mobile Core project. My role is to support the CaaS (Container as a Service) product team in adopting agile practices and coordinating cross-functional projects with other teams in the SAFe Infra Networks train.

As the team is newly formed, the main objective has been to structure collaborative work processes and strengthen internal and team communication.

Achievements

- Implementation and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

- Organization of scope workshops to define team objectives and needs.

- Coordination of cross-team projects on Orange product-specific features.

- Monitoring dependencies with other SAFe formation teams via Scrum of Scrums and ART Sync.

- Managing risks and bottlenecks impacting incremental delivery.

- Facilitating collaborative workshops to streamline communication and improve team cohesion.

- Participating in the continuous improvement of agile practices in collaboration with other Scrum Masters.

Results

- Improved deliverable quality and on-time delivery through better agile organization.

- Strengthened collaboration between product teams and network infrastructure teams.

- Smoother intra-team and inter-team exchanges, creating an effective work dynamic.

As a member of the SNCF industrial operations department 🚄, I am working on the design of new tools for the management and monitoring of rolling stock that make up the TGV fleet, used by maintenance center personnel.

These new tools are intended to replace some of the existing/obsolete tools for managing incoming/outgoing equipment in maintenance centers, standardizing processes across different departments, and optimizing related resources.

As part of a project involving over 40 people across multiple teams, my activity focuses on the following levels:

- Support for Scrum agile training for the entire MOA/MOE organization and the sales team.

- Clarification of future Scrum roles, taking into account the pre-existing V-cycle organization.

- Setting up and organizing workshops to define DOR, DOD, and Agile acceptance strategy.

- Configuration of Jira / Confluence for writing Epics, Features, and User Stories, dashboards (Kanban and Agile), and KPIs.

- Facilitation of workshops and Scrum ceremonies

- Participation in PI planning for other internal and external projects to manage Sprint and Release goal alignment.

Within Edenred France's Merchant Partner Networks Directorate, which offers payment solutions for food, mobility, motivation, quality of life, and professional payments, I am responsible for BI management for these partner networks.

• Definition and monitoring of KPIs using BI tools (Power BI)

• Creation of analysis reports for marketing and general management from data from SQL databases and datalake.

• Design of interactive dashboards for sales performance analysis (sales, objectives)

• Data exploitation for predictive analysis and performance simulations

• Participation in the quarterly budget forecasting process using data forecasting models
