Update of a website created with the Symfony framework, with the integration of the Stripe tool to manage subscriptions. It was necessary to develop a custom Stripe extension to precisely meet the site's needs. Finally, the GetResponse email marketing service was integrated to optimize communication with clients and users.

Design and creation of TranquilBill

TranquilBill is an innovative extension designed for the Stripe service, which facilitates the creation of a subscription management page for your website. By connecting to your Stripe account, TranquilBill automatically extracts information about your subscriptions and integrates it into an offer selector, thus offering your clients the possibility to choose their subscription. Additionally, a personalized customer portal is integrated, giving your clients the freedom to manage their subscriptions.

Modifications to your subscriptions are made entirely via Stripe and are automatically reflected on your pages. TranquilBill also provides an additional feature to add offers that are not processed by Stripe, such as a business offer that would require contacting your sales department.

With the ability to customize the visual appearance of your pages, TranquilBill allows you to harmonize them with your brand's visual identity. The customer portal offers multiple features to your users, allowing them to:

- View their current subscription

- Cancel their subscription, either immediately or at the end of the subscription period

- Change their plan, instantly for an upgrade, or at the end of the period for a downgrade

- View and modify their payment method

- Access their invoices

TranquilBill has already proven its worth with clients such as Evalisy.com and QuizzYourSelf.com, attesting to its reliability and effectiveness.

Evalisy is a SaaS solution for organizing juries, competitions, defenses, calls for projects, and pitches. I worked with the @Evalisy team on implementing user registration and integrating subscriptions using the Stripe service. I created a registration page that automatically adds registrants to GetResponse and Stripe. I set up a GetResponse configuration that sends the validation email and then places the user in the appropriate mailing list based on their subscription. After registration, the user starts a trial period and can then use the Evalisy service. Once their trial period ends, the user will be prompted to use Shyldre to select and manage their subscription.
