I act as a Proxy Product Owner within the Industry Data Management program teams (formerly Full Trace & Trace).

In the context of Industry 4.0, this program aims to ingest, structure, and contextualize data from connected factories and robots, with the goal of predictive maintenance and traceability of all products and processes.

My scope covers the following responsibilities:

- Scrum referent in the program, working with the newly arrived scrum master

- Educating teams on Scrum and agility

- Helping to remove team obstacles

- Facilitating Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement ceremonies

- Active contribution during Daily Scrum and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies

- Defining Features in the IDM 4.0 program (SAFe Implementation)

- Writing User Stories

- Writing Acceptance Criteria

- Managing the product backlog: prioritization, estimation, documentation of US

I worked with the "decisionnel" team at Boursorama on opportunity studies, the implementation, and monitoring of a Big Data project aimed at centralizing fraud alerts and optimizing their management within an application for anti-fraud purposes. I acted as Proxy PO for a scrum development team composed of data scientists and data engineers.

As a Business Analyst / Proxy PO, my scope covered the following responsibilities:

- Opportunity analysis to optimize project ROI and proposals made to stakeholders

- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to understand their needs

- Writing and prioritizing User Stories

- Implementing agile tools and processes

- Defining acceptance criteria

- Monitoring the implementation of Tableau dashboards related to fraud alerts

- Daily presence with the development team to answer business questions

- Participation in agile ceremonies

I worked transversally at Ouicar to understand the "data" needs of all business teams (marketing, insurance, product, tech) for monitoring their activities.

My role was to implement a "data-driven" strategy by basing decisions on data, through the implementation of relevant KPIs and reporting, and to foster a data culture within the teams.

To achieve this, I orchestrated the creation and deployment of dashboards using a Scrum approach.

As a Business Analyst, my scope covered the following responsibilities:

- Implementation of KPIs to manage activity (marketing, product, insurance)

- Data mining analysis to better understand Ouicar's business

- Monitoring the implementation of Tableau dashboards for all business units

- Writing user stories (INVEST method) and managing the product backlog

- Testing of Tableau dashboards

- Definition of the new pricing strategy

- Skills transfer to train Product and Marketing teams in "data" culture and the use of Tableau Software
