Registered dietitian, I worked for a large catering group for a long time to support operational management in their quality management, then as a project manager for food and nutrition for a national segment. I thus wrote and created part of the strategy and nutritional positioning of this group.

I also carried out audit and certification missions to support these managements in change.

Then I left this group to become an entrepreneur, setting up my own dietetics practice while offering my services to companies to lead training sessions, conferences on health and well-being, or to advise them.

Thus, I have been a consultant for large pharmaceutical and agri-food groups in the creation of a digital tool to support consumers in their approach to health and well-being.

In parallel, I trained myself to best support my patients, specializing in psychotrauma.

Finally, I have been teaching in BTS Dietetics for 3 years now.
