Working in the events industry for 10 years, generally as a Senior Project Manager, I am used to managing projects from the initial idea to the final details on the ground.

- Gastronomic excellence (a large part of my career has been in the F&B world): For Le Grand Tour (Puy du Fou), I worked hand in hand with the 3-star chef Alexandre Couillon to set up an all-inclusive catering offer on board an ultra-luxury Belle Epoque train. From the design of the kitchen, through the restaurant car, or even the cabins in the wagons, I was also responsible for all logistics & customer experience.

- Prestigious events: At the Philharmonie de Paris, I orchestrated high-end events for clients such as Hermès or Chanel, during which we offered staged performances. From the call for tenders, through the choice of service providers, the caterer, the florist, or the scenography, up to the client report... I was used to managing my files from A to Z.
