• A project offering a 100% dematerialized experience to the borrower, with a brand new user experience such as a digital signature, an interface to upload personal documentation, and an efficient interface to follow the completion progress of his application.

--> Pret d'union is the first on French Personal loan business in offering such an experience to 100% of its borrowers.

• Set up and implement an innovative technology enabling to Scan and convert paper documents, PDFs and digital photos of text into editable files, so as to automatically sort borrower applications depending on an in-house quality assessment grid.

--> This innovation enables to support the exponential Startup growth while mitigating the recruitments.

--> It standardizes the granting loan process. Reporting to the cofounder and CTO at Pret d'Union, created the project management team and Coached teams facing tough challenges, thanks to agile and scrum methodology. Created an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus and where everyone's common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible.
