An ergonomist by training, I initially focused on the world of R&D, working for 2 years in the automotive sector on HMIs in research and innovation for tomorrow's vehicles. I then naturally moved into an agency specializing in digital, ergonomics, and design. There, I was able to develop and confirm my ability to support clients and teams on short, medium, and long-term Web/IT/digital projects, and my expertise in user research (qualitative and quantitative methods, analysis of needs, behaviors, expectations, etc.) to optimize the experience of a solution, interface, product, etc.

In 2023, I joined a digital transformation agency, where I supported teams and clients in their digitalization projects, in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C. This experience allowed me to consolidate my team management skills, strengthen my strategic vision, and broaden my scope to customer experience (CX), in addition to user experience (UX).

Thanks to a global approach — combining interface ergonomics, user journey analysis, business objectives, and customer satisfaction — I contributed to improving complex digital services and products, while facilitating user-centered decision-making within organizations.

In 2025, I moved into freelance work as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on support. I was responsible for implementing and managing the UX process, while supporting product teams in the discovery phase (user research, scoping, needs definition, and deliverable production).
