Leading a cross-border European project (POCTEFA), coordinating institutional, academic, and cultural partners, managing strategic and scientific communication for the project, overseeing administrative and financial aspects of actions, organizing scientific and institutional events, designing digital knowledge mediation tools, scientific and cultural valorization of project outputs, and animating multi-stakeholder networks on a trans-Pyrenean scale.

Applied research on R&D communication and mediation, coordination of interdisciplinary projects, design of digital knowledge structuring tools, valorization of scientific knowledge, animation of scientific and communicational stakeholders, strategic analysis of communication strategies, and production of scientific and institutional content.

Participation in digital and social media communication strategy, animation and management of institutional social networks, coordination with media agencies and internal teams, budget monitoring of communication actions, performance analysis and monthly reporting, contribution to the visibility and engagement of digital communities.
