I founded APIE Secretary to support training organizations in managing and communicating about their structure so they can fully dedicate themselves to their core business with peace of mind.

I also have a second role as a trainer/consultant for disability, digital accessibility, and inclusive pedagogy to provide a complementary service and meet the regulatory requirements (Qualiopi certification) of training organizations.

Inclusion and consideration of all disabilities remain paramount values for me, which is why I created Accessibilis at the beginning of 2025.

My organizational skills and interpersonal skills allowed me to quickly advance as a banking customer advisor. I moved from a reception assistant position to managing a retail and then wealth management portfolio in just 5 years. I trained various apprentices in the profession, always emphasizing listening and customer satisfaction with my young colleagues.
