I contacted Charlotte for HR support on priority and important issues such as implementing training (regulatory and skills development) for about forty employees, thinking about HR processes, formalizing them, implementing them,.... Charlotte quickly familiarized herself with the Mutuelle's organization, its employees, and the HR challenges for which I sought her assistance. Her adaptability, her experience in many areas (skills plan, analysis of collective agreements, knowledge of regulatory obligations...), her work methodology (approach to employees, documentation, pedagogy, communication, formalization of work done) as well as the quality of her interaction (right balance between remote work, presence on-site, easy contact with all teams) quickly positioned her as a true right-hand person in whom I had full confidence to move forward on subjects quickly and effectively and with the right approach.
