I am a freelance interior designer in Nantes and its surrounding area.

I offer my services for all renovation, extension, and new construction work, as well as for scenography.

I work with individuals and professionals.

For construction:

Creation of new houses, up to 150 m2 of floor area.

After defining the client's expectations, tastes, and desires, I create different sketches until they are satisfied.

Subsequently, I prepare the building permit (or prior declaration) for submission to the town hall and approval.

This is followed by the tender documents for companies. This part allows for detailed refinement of the plans to enable precise costing for the companies that will work on the project and provide quotes.

For Extensions and Renovation:

After carrying out a complete survey of the existing building, taking the necessary measurements on-site to model it, I work with the client to understand their expectations for the modifications.

These modifications can be interior changes: new space layout by removing partitions, working on decoration, colors, furniture.

These modifications can involve extensions to the existing building, changes to existing facades...

I then prepare the building permit (or prior declaration), as well as detailed plans for companies to provide their quotes.

For scenography:

Creation of staging for shows, events, exhibitions. This can be very varied.

The space is worked on with lighting and sets, to create a live performance, a special interaction with the audience.
