Charlie Voltolini

As a developer of application solutions for the Renault group, I design, develop, and maintain web applications that meet the needs of the company's various businesses. My role covers the entire application lifecycle, from functional requirements analysis to production deployment and evolutionary maintenance.

During this internship, I participated in IT troubleshooting and maintenance activities, both on the software and hardware side. I worked in the workshop to diagnose and repair computer failures, as well as to assemble and configure machines according to customer needs.

I also had the opportunity to be in direct contact with customers, handling the reception, tracking, and return of equipment, while providing appropriate technical advice.

This internship allowed me to develop my technical skills, my rigor in diagnosing problems, and my customer service orientation.
