In close cooperation with partners such as INITIATIVE MACH MUSIK, Zentrum POP, Regenbogenkombinat Potsdam, as well as various media competence centers, youth centers, and schools, diverse music education programs have been implemented. The focus is on creative group work and the targeted promotion of social skills through musical activities. The goal is to strengthen participation, teamwork, and young people's opportunities for expression, and to open up spaces for personal development, creativity, and social interaction through music.

As a band coach in sociocultural projects, for example within the framework of intercultural and inclusive initiatives like 'Sounds United', I accompany young musicians in their musical development. The focus is on fostering teamwork, creative expression, and personal empowerment. By combining practical band work with music education methods, social skills are strengthened, group collaboration is promoted, and individual potential is made visible, so that music becomes a medium for personal growth and collaborative learning.

In the field of audiovisual editing, I handle the professional processing of video material and podcasts, for example in cooperation with BENN Ma.Te., funded by the Senate of Berlin, or for the own YouTube channels 'Noamis' and 'Kopf von Noamis'. This includes not only editing, sound processing, and post-production but also mixing and mastering of all music productions, such as the complete music for my project Noamis. The goal is to create high-quality audiovisual content and music productions and to implement creative projects optimally in terms of technology and artistry.
