Charles Puybasset

After ten years of consulting within the Deloitte group, seven years of entrepreneurial adventures, and sixteen years in the banking world at HSBC, I went freelance to offer my services as a consultant and project manager.

Academically, Sciences Po Paris, two postgraduate degrees in economics and strategy, and a law degree have given me a solid general knowledge and a sense of analysis and synthesis that enable me to handle a multitude of issues.

Professionally, beyond the diversity of sectors in which I have worked - industry consulting, media, finance - and the size of the companies I have served, I have primarily managed projects with very diverse objectives: operational performance improvement projects, transformation, change management, organization, strategic thinking projects....

All these elements have allowed me to develop a number of qualities, the foremost of which my close contacts cite as great clarity in written and oral expression, ease of relationship, a sense of rigor and organization, an ability to conceptualize while remaining concrete.
