Administration+ is a messaging service that connects public service professionals to resolve urgent and complex administrative issues for citizens. 10,000 civil servants from various administrations (France Services on the helper side; CPAM, CAF, CARSAT for example on the operator side) handle approximately 150,000 citizen reports each year.

1️⃣ Main mission: applying the State Design System (DSFR) to the site.

The original site was developed in Scala. After 9 years of service, it had become complex to maintain. We therefore completely revised its interface and its engine (the new version is in Next.js + TypeScript).

We interacted with our audience throughout this redesign:

• beforehand, to understand their uses and desires

• during development, to ensure our changes were on the right track

• once the site was live, to make sure the new version met their expectations

Methods: group workshops, remote user testing, online surveys.

🥇 Following this update, Administration+ obtained the status of National Impact Digital Service.

2️⃣ Other missions:

• I took advantage of this redesign to harmonize all the terms used on the platform, so that each role, each status, each action has a unique and precise name.

• I rewrote the site's help section to adapt it to all user profiles. I added a "Understanding A+" section for beginners, as well as a Release Notes page allowing everyone to know the details of each update (and the associated help pages).

3️⃣ Current missions:

• We are working on the accessibility of the new site. We want Administration+ to be 100% compliant with RGAA 4.

• We are using AI to improve the input, categorization, and handling of new reports.

DossierFacile is a government startup that helps rental applicants build their rental application file.

On the front-end, I mainly work on optimizing the funnel to increase the number of applications created and validated. Main areas:

• Improvement of guidance (interface modifications, text revisions)

• Personalization of the experience (adding and removing categories, documents, etc.)

• General simplification of the process

We use the various feedback from our audience, whether direct (messaging, email, chat) or indirect (Matomo), to improve the site and prioritize its developments.

On the back-end, I help the operations team to speed up the processing of applications and enrich their responses and comments.

I answer user questions by email or instant messaging and process their applications (validation and requests for modification).

Main tools used: Helpscout, Brevo, Crisp.
