Accustomed to working in international environments, I have carried out recruitment missions in five countries. After a year in San Francisco and a year in New York, I was given the opportunity to learn new recruitment techniques specific to innovative companies. My desire to understand the company's needs and strategies allows me to better build sustainable human capital. My experiences demonstrate an ability to put recruitment at the service of the company's commercial objectives. Having demonstrated my ability to develop agile strategies and build high-performing and coherent teams to successfully complete given projects, I have been able to influence top management in their strategic decisions at multiple levels. My qualifications in sales and operations also allow me to understand the objectives inherent in recruitment from a cross-functional perspective. Confident in my results, I would be happy to work on a success-fee basis.
