• new pension reform. SYRCA is used for monitoring and managing employee contributions and calculating retirement benefits. LURA manages the processing of retirement benefits for those who have contributed to multiple aligned schemes. The reform required modifications to these systems to incorporate new benefit calculation rules.

As a Digital Project Manager within the IT department of Vinci Construction, I managed several large-scale digital transformation projects such as the development of intranet applications for digitizing contracts for site managers, the implementation of a risk detection system for large documents, and the creation of a 3D plan modeling mobile application. Implementation of a hybrid approach, combining V-Cycle and Agile methodologies.
