About Charles

I am available from September 2022.

I have specialized in Java / JEE / Spring technologies for over 15 years and recently trained in Scala and Spark, I design, develop, and maintain Java/JEE information systems. Involved in all phases of the project, I help my clients implement their IT projects. Respecting best practices, my expertise covers all application components, from front-end to back-end. I have worked on agile or V-cycle projects with high quality and performance constraints.

On a technical level, I particularly appreciate the very popular Spring Boot framework, with which I will integrate, on the front end, ReactJS or VueJS. These emerging technologies are, in my opinion, excellent choices, each in their respective fields. Also, in order to put my recent Scala/Spark/Hadoop training into practice, I would be particularly interested in helping you with your "Big Data" projects.

I am intellectually curious, versatile, and capable of designing efficient, scalable, and accessible solutions within my area of expertise.

I am able to alternate my missions between travel to the client in the south of the 92 and/or remotely from a coworking space near my home.

DOCATEM is Docaposte's solution for easily managing all of the company's Telecom assets. The solution centralizes the company's Telecom assets and allows for the management of inventory, consumption, reporting, orders, and call tickets.

🎯 The objective of the mission was to implement numerous data loading batches (inventory and invoices) and, in parallel, to maintain and evolve the webapp.

    End client: Ministry of Labor

🎯Mission and context: Since 2008, the MARS system has been based on the results of professional elections in companies with more than 11 employees. This data is used to calculate, every 4 years, the representativeness of union organizations at the national interprofessional level and by sector. The challenge is to collect election minutes, calculate representativeness, and finally, securely provide the information via a public website.

The Ministry of Labor has entrusted this system to DOCAPOSTE since 2010. It implements a multichannel production center (dedicated portal, mail, email...) and significant IT capabilities to meet a high level of quality and confidentiality requirements. For each minutes received, more than 120 IT checks are automatically applied before data extraction and minutes archiving.

In this context, my mission was to evolve the public portal to adapt to the successive evolutions of the system.
