**Objectives & challenges**: instilling a training culture among operational teams (Advisors/Salespeople), transforming the overall Customer Experience by developing a “Client Centric” approach, supporting Managers in their new role as “Coach Managers”

**Missions**: development of an annual training strategy to achieve sales objectives, design of fundamental training modules adapted to the company's structure, deployment of these modules through group session facilitation (in-person & remote), facilitation of individual coaching and personalized follow-up

**Individual coaching**: facilitation of regular One-to-Ones dedicated to each employee, identification of strengths and areas for improvement, positive approach and focus on “how to do even better together”, role-playing, measuring progress in collaboration with each learner

**Expertise**: Customer Experience, High Jewelry, Jewelry & Watchmaking Collections, Storytelling/History/Inspiration, Gemology, Know-how, Maison Values

**Strategy & Design**: development of international Training strategy, management of annual global training budget, creation of training modules from A to Z, redesign/optimization of "Onboarding" paths, continuous enrichment of E-learning, development of educational tools

**Ongoing operational role**: deployment and facilitation of each training for all EMEA Retail boutiques (Salespeople/Managers) in in-person & remote formats + facilitation of Onboardings (3-day format) + facilitation of High Jewelry International Seminars

**Cross-functional management**: permanent cooperation with Regional Trainers, facilitation of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, co-construction of regional strategies aligned with the global strategy, constant adaptation to the specificities & needs of different markets
