The project is open-source.

Spencer is a platform that allows supporting offshore racing projects through sponsorship, while providing access to unique rewards, at the heart of the sporting experience.

Beyond strong and often inaccessible moments, you directly contribute to the financing of the crew's project: you help skippers to consolidate their budget, structure their season, and go further in their sporting commitment.

Complete redesign and development of the platform "Toutes et tous connecté·e·s" (all-connected.anct.gouv.fr), a digital tool for territories and the reduction of the digital divide, led by the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion (ANCT) as part of the Beta.gouv program.

The platform allows mayors to report areas with poor mobile phone coverage (4G), and provides local authorities, operators, and state services with a management tool for the deployment of antennas and fiber optics (very high speed). It also includes a section dedicated to the end of copper networks and monitoring fiber optic connections throughout the country.

Technical Stack: Next.js, Typescript, Prisma, TailwindCSS, DSFR (State Design System). Development compliant with accessibility standards and French state design guidelines.
