Keolis is an international public transport company that operates bus, metro and tram networks. In full transition, the IT department is reorganizing to offer a global international offer.

The objective is to meet the infrastructure and security needs of the business for the proper development of projects & management of technical developments of the IT department in an international context.

- Direct reporting to high-level managers: CTO, CISO, CIO..

- Cybersecurity, Proofpoint anti-spam: choice of solution after validation by the CISO & CTO Keolis group, presentation in English of the solution to the CIOs and CISOs of each subsidiary of the group, around 80 internationally, then technical implementation of the solution in the ecosystem of the target subsidiary.

- Monitoring of the group's SSO tool, collaboration with Ilex, in need of infrastructure. Several version upgrades, monitoring of the addition of new applications, change of TMA contract

- Management of PKIs for servers that require it.

- Replacement of SMTP relays: contact with the 80 referents of the various French subsidiaries to switch the applications to the new SMTP relays.

- Project management, Build and deployment of various IT projects

- Cloud Migration, SMTP relay change, Exchange 2016 Upgrade, Proofpoint (anti-spam), SSO, meeting room display...

- Change of anti-spam from Ironport to Proofpoint: technical choice, configuration, connection to O365, deployment and industrialization to offer the solution to the various subsidiaries of the Keolis group. Monitoring and evolution of the product: addition of security functionality, report feedback, Optimization of quarantine management, reinforcement learning

- Change of on-premise exchanges to exchanges 2016, technical choice, road map, production launch.

- Scrum master on a reporting tool

- Feasibility study / Impact study Definition of the technical architecture

- Costing, planning, progress monitoring, risk management

Servier is a large French pharmaceutical group. Servier is carrying out a pharmaceutical research center project where 600 researchers will be installed on the Saclay plateau by 2021.

The objective is to prepare the IT for the new building and meet the specific needs of the researchers.

- Feedback with project members to review points for improvement in the form of REX

- Coordination with the various experts to carry out studies on the technical solutions related to projects.

- Inauguration of a Showroom to present the new building linked to the Saclay program.

- Sandbox-type environment in the Azure Cloud.

- Qualification of the technical need with the business teams

- Framing of a program comprising several projects: HPC, Cloud, quantum computing, Internt4All, VoWifi, moving..., in the Pre-project/Design phase.

- Implementation of a deployment strategy for the SCCM agent: RACI, HARP,...

- Feedback from pilot users and communication of the deployment success rate.

Cofely specializes in the installation and maintenance in operational condition of its industrial boiler rooms. As part of the data plan, Cofely aims to supervise

the entire fleet with probes and programmable controllers.

The objective of the mission is the design of a predictive model capable of determining in advance the breakdowns related to boiler rooms.
