• **Data Structuring and Lineage**: creation of key data dictionaries, flow mapping, and traceability of IT information used for regulatory calculations.

• **Data Quality POC Management**: coordination of exchanges between business teams and the vendor, definition of Go/No Go criteria, and facilitation of project governance bodies.

• **Data Modeling & Mapping**: data flow modeling, source system mapping, and test case construction for POC tool validation.

• **Acceptance and Validation**: functional testing of vendor evolutions, loading tables in the test environment, and quality control of deliverables.

• **Technical Analysis**: Hive querying, preparation and provision of datasets to feed POC test scenarios.
