- Structuring and scaling up a Design Studio from 2 to 8 digital products and from 4 to 7 designers.

- Coordinating design delivery and supporting a team of 7 designers to ensure quality, consistency, and prioritization of work.

- Defining and evolving user journeys for digital services related to traveler information and experience at stations.

- Implementing governance and industrializing a Design System to ensure consistency and reuse across the organization.

- Contributing to the product vision and the design of new digital experiences.

- Integrating digital accessibility requirements into the design of products and services.

• - Unédic: redesign of a business application for asset management and monitoring.

• - NRJ Group: transformation of the advertising sales house, automation of the value chain, and definition of the target experience integrating AI-related uses.

Design and optimization of digital products within multidisciplinary product teams.

Involvement in mobile applications and web services with high usage stakes, in collaboration with product, business, and development teams.

- Design and evolution of user journeys on iOS and Android mobile applications.

- Scoping and redesign of user experiences in complex and highly constrained environments.

- Facilitating design workshops and collaboration between different stakeholders.

- Conducting user research and usage analysis to inform product decisions.

- Contributing to the consistency of journeys and interfaces in a user-centered approach.

- BNP Paribas – Mes Comptes: UX design of key mobile application journeys (transfers, cards, settings) on iOS and Android.

- SNCF Gares & Connexions: redesign of station service discovery journeys and improvement of the user experience within the digital traveler ecosystem.
