Other daily responsibilities: Development and animation of the B2B platform in the France, Spain, Italy and export Africa markets Change management: Training of internal teams (Customer Service, Sales) and customers on the use of the B2B portal and automation tools Performance monitoring (weekly & monthly reports on automated orders, number of registrations, etc.) Optimization of order processes through automation
