Profitability Management: Business plan modeling, analysis of installation costs, and monitoring of margins per machine.

Logistics & Inventory Management: Monitoring supplies, analyzing product turnover, and managing restocking.

Business Development (B2B): Negotiation and prospecting for strategic locations (shopping malls, train stations, clubs).

Reporting and Performance Analysis: Design and production of dashboards for the Financial Department to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Cost and Margin Analysis: Calculation and in-depth analysis of cost prices and margins per activity to inform strategic decision-making. Inventory and Working Capital Management: Management and validation of inventory valuation, analysis of turnover and obsolescence to optimize Working Capital Requirement (WCR). Budget Management and Closings: Participation in budget and forecast preparation, rigorous analysis of variances (actual vs. forecast), and support for monthly closing activities.
