Research/Rehabilitation is a precise and reliable system for measuring walking speed, stride length, cadence, and posture duration in chronic hemiparesis.

Teams: I worked in an agile context in a team composed of a PO (Scrum master) and 2 iOS developers, 2 Android developers, 1 BackEnd developer, and a designer.

IVIFLO is a company based in the 1st arrondissement of Paris specializing in the development of applications for smart buildings and the Internet of Things.

Mission: Development of the SmartFlo application, which provides 4 types of services: indoor localization, building interaction, anomaly reporting, and intervention. The user, through simple interactions, becomes an actor in their environment: physical and IT access control, management of movable and immovable assets, alert declarations, and assistance requests, orientation, and people flow management.

Tasks:

- Manage tasks for two iOS developers

- Ensure task progress according to the duration set in sprints

- Perform on-site testing in Tour Alto

- Integrate design and APIs

Streamwide is a French offshore company with four subsidiaries in France and the USA whose mission is commercialization and marketing. In Romania, they handle web development (BackEnd & FrontEnd & Design), and they have a presence in Tunisia.

My mission in the iOS team is to develop new modules with Swift 5 and to maintain and update existing modules with Objective C, communicating with the testing team and the designer to ensure progress and proper understanding of technical specifications.

Project: Team on the run / Team on mission

Team on the run is a corporate messaging application ensuring data confidentiality through end-to-end security. The reception of all types of messages is guaranteed and verifiable: text, documents, maps, contacts, photos, videos, and more. It promotes instant communication for teams working remotely or in the field. Easily manage the company directory, which will be automatically available to all members.

Tasks:

- Read the specifications for new features, study their feasibility, and provide an estimate.

- Define the appropriate technical solution while respecting the specifications.

- Integrate the design.

- Test the developed features.

- Review the specifications developed by one of my colleagues.

- Resolve tickets opened by the test or support or design team.
