- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive product catalog, including detailed product pages and specifications.

- Develop project roadmaps that clearly outline project goals, timelines, and resources.

- Coordinating with clients and engineering groups and teams to ensure that their needs and requirements are met and to provide technical support as needed.

- Assuring continuous improvement of cooling products through regular product testing, analysis, and improvement initiatives.

- Managing and monitoring each project to ensure that they are progressing as planned and to resolve any issues that may arise.

- Ensuring that all product technical documentation, testing results, and prototypes are properly maintained and readily available.

- Implementing CE certification for each new product and ensuring that all products meet relevant safety and performance requirements.

- Presenting new product introductions (NPI) and technical presentations to clients, stakeholders, and industry events.

- Creating a weekly journal to provide regular updates and information to stakeholders.

- Collecting customer requirements and feedback (REXs) and working with the engineering team to optimize product performance and design.

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data center cooling, including attending industry events and conferences.

- Supervising a team of draftsman and engineers, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to deliver high-quality products.

- Conducting audits of cooling infrastructure in data centers across Europe to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Engaging in design thinking and collaborating with partners to reach a final product design that meets customer requirements and industry standards.

- Designing and developing thermal automotive components

- Conducting analysis to evaluate the performance of thermal management systems and to identify areas for improvement.

- Creating and maintaining thermal design specifications, including design criteria, performance requirements, and material specifications.

- Communicating with customers and suppliers to understand their requirements and to provide technical support and guidance as needed.

- Preparing reports, presentations, and technical documents to communicate findings and to support the design and development of thermal management systems.
