    ARCANE is a company specializing in the luxury automotive world, structured around three complementary activities: classic cars, Grand Prix event organization, and an academy dedicated to transmitting know-how and experiences around exceptional automobiles.

    The challenge of this mission was to support the transformation of a brand created intuitively in its early stages towards a more mature, premium, and coherent identity aligned with its development ambitions.

    I led a comprehensive brand strategy and repositioning effort to structure a brand platform capable of uniting the three business branches around a common vision, discourse, and territory.

    Interventions carried out:

    When Chloé, CEO of PILS EVENT, contacted me, her company was at a turning point in its development. With the launch and growth of BOUM DES BAMBINS, a new branch dedicated to children's events, the clarity of her offerings had become a real challenge.

    On her website as well as in her overall communication, the different services, target audiences, and brand universes were getting mixed up. The result: a diluted message, sometimes a fuzzy understanding of her business, and SEO that didn't fully showcase each of her expertise.

    We then undertook significant work on strategic repositioning, offer architecture, and SEO to clarify her brand ecosystem.

    The goal was not simply to redesign a website, but to build a coherent structure capable of supporting the company's growth in the long term.

    This reflection led to the creation of two distinct brands: PILS EVENT for public and professional events as well as the rental part, and BOUM DES BAMBINS for the universe dedicated to children. Each brand now has its own communication territory, message, target audience, and online visibility, while maintaining strategic links to create synergies between the two activities.

    Today, the whole is more readable, more impactful, and better positioned to attract the right audiences thanks to a web presence designed as a true growth lever.

    Qi-Bô is a clothing brand for cancer patients, featuring discreet access for implantable ports.

    After 18 months of activity, the brand had invested heavily in its communication, but the actions lacked coherence and connection to business objectives. Customer acquisition and journey were not structured.

    My mission:audit the existing situation and build a communication strategy aligned with two priority objectives:

    • Increase brand awareness and online store sales
    • Develop a network of referrers (hospitals, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists)
