• Defined regional shipping rules (DDP/DDU, VAT/IOSS, carrier mapping) and aligned them with operational behavior.

• Managed replenishment and routing between the Taiwan hub and EU 3PLs (France/Germany), including stock balancing and demand-based allocation.

• Validated HS codes, VAT requirements, and customs documentation for international shipments.

• Tracked global delivery KPIs, built weekly dashboards, and analyzed exceptions (customs holds, brokerage delays, carrier issues).

• Coordinated with freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouses to strengthen global fulfillment reliability and formalize structured returns processes.
