Fehmarn Belt Tunnel (An 18-kilometer immersed tunnel connecting Denmark to Germany. The tunnel crosses the Baltic Sea at a maximum depth of 40 m. It consists of 89 prefabricated tunnel elements and includes a double railway track and a four-lane highway)

Tasks:

• Update existing methods plans

• Production of installation plans

• Drafting calculation notes for temporary works

• Study of immersion joint work method between 2 Standard Elements

• Geometric checks (AutoCAD, AutoTURN) for vehicle passage

Project:

PLEYEL Tower (Rehabilitation of the Pleyel Tower, a 40-story office skyscraper, into 2 hotels and the construction of two office buildings: A 27-story building with a height of 82 m and a 7-story building)

Tasks:

• Monitoring of work execution and schedule tracking

• Development of general work phasing

• Development of construction methods and quantity surveying

• Development of daily cycles and operating procedures

• Production of shoring and underpinning plans

Project:

ARBORETUM (A real estate complex of approximately 125,000 m² of floor space consisting of: 5 office buildings, 2 rehabilitated buildings, 1480 parking spaces, and 400 motorcycle parking spaces located underground)

Tasks:

• Monitoring of work execution

• Update construction methods

• Production of operating procedures, daily rotations

• Production of safety plans

• Participation in site meetings
