    Ran workshops to identify opportunities and solutions, leading to a new Search feature on the homepage increasing click-through rates from 2% to 6%.

    Championed A/B testing on several key initiatives such as personalisation, enhancing navigation and tailoring the digital experience to users betting habits.

    AmĂ©lioration de l’expĂ©rience utilisateur sur les paris sportifs via les tests utilisateurs, la product discovery et l’A/B testing.

    En utilisant le framework Continuous Discovery Habits de Teresa Torres j'ai construit la roadmap produit à partir d’insights utilisateurs concrets.

    GrĂące Ă  des tests utilisateurs non modĂ©rĂ©s, j’ai identifiĂ© les principaux points de friction dans la navigation. Ces enseignements ont menĂ© Ă  la conception et au lancement d’une nouvelle fonctionnalitĂ© de recherche globale sur la page d’accueil : plus simple, plus rapide, et surtout, plus visible.
    Résultat : le taux de clics est passé de 2 % à 6 %.
