Within the Financial Department/Group Title Division (FTG) of Crédit Agricole Assurances, I am responsible for the financial and accounting monitoring of investments, and for monthly and quarterly NF and IFRS reporting of unlisted real estate investments.

> Analysis of investment operations in unlisted real estate funds (OPCI, SCI) and private equity (SA, SAS, SARL, etc.) for accounting and monitoring purposes.

> Recording of capital calls and corporate actions (purchase, sale, swap, loans, etc.) as well as associated income (dividends, bonuses, and interest) and monitoring their settlement through cash suspense management.

> Monitoring and updating of valuations and periodic net asset values in the unlisted database.

> Perform monthly and quarterly NF and IFRS closing for the unlisted scope

> Production of the contribution to the unlisted investments statement (Balance Sheet) and net income (P&L)

> Production of reporting to various stakeholders (DIV, Managers, Custodian, etc.)

> Production of tax templates for shareholder subsidiaries

> Production of annual appendices
