I am a certified expert consultant and coach in lean-agile organizations.
As a consultant, I have led more than twenty large-scale agility transformations or product approaches for large companies (CAC 40), administrations (ministries), and internationally, as well as for more human-sized national organizations.
I specialize in the SAFe and SCRUM agile models for which I am certified, but also in the SPOTIFY model, which I particularly appreciate.
In recent years, I have developed expertise in the product approach, which has led me to support organizations in their transition to Product Management and to work more regularly with business units to help them define and achieve their ambitions.
