César Aguilar

I have worked for different multinationals in the software sector, doing business development and understanding the technological needs of large multinational companies, until I discovered the entrepreneurial world and startups and found new ways of doing things, and since then I haven't stopped learning and developing myself. Additionally, for some time now, I've had the good fortune to teach others how to do it too.

I participated as a founder of several projects, developing innovative new business models that have since been incorporated into the market by relevant companies in different sectors. I also had projects that did not succeed, but they gave me the opportunity to learn from them and gain great experience.

I was one of the pioneers in the development of Design Thinking in Spain, under the HPI School of Design Thinking methodology.

For over 10 years, I have been helping companies implement innovation strategies, develop new products, and new business models.

I also work with professionals who want to develop professionally and grow without limits. I help them leave behind that job that doesn't allow them to grow to take the reins of their professional lives.

I am a certified Coach ACSTH by the International Coach Federation (ICF), an executive programs professor at The Valley, where I also serve as a mentor and tutor for entrepreneurs. I am a speaker for the Program in Innovation Management and Direction at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) and collaborate with NGOs like the Spanish Red Cross, developing workshops to improve the employability of the most vulnerable sectors of our society.
