    Context:

    Upon arrival: an existing Instagram presence but without a structured editorial line or visual coherence.

    Main challenge: anchor the brand locally, highlight the founder's expertise, and build a trusting relationship with a discerning clientele.

    What was implemented:

    - Complete editorial repositioning: construction of the content line and positioning in month 1, deployed in active posting over the following 2 months.
