This new position allowed me to progress in strategic thinking and writing strategic recommendations. I also had the opportunity to train in facilitating expert board meetings. These 2 years notably gave me the opportunity to support Bayer laboratories on the issue of hemophilia. We conducted an ethnographic study with adolescents and young adults as well as a short film competition to gather the experiences of hemophilic patients, and thus better meet their needs beyond treatment.
