As a mother of four, I naturally supported friends during their pregnancies and their first steps as parents. These life experiences, combined with my professional background and ongoing doula training, allow me to offer a reassuring presence, emotional support, and active listening.
Assistance with birth preparation, postpartum presence, breastfeeding advice, support with transitions (fatigue, mental load, emotions).
My approach is centered on emotional safety, parental autonomy, and respect for choices.
Parents feel supported, confident, and less alone during this intense period.
I offer support packages from the desire for a child up to the first weeks of the baby's life, or hourly support, and I adapt to your needs. I offer in-person support from the first contractions to childbirth in agreement with medical professionals.
