Following the merger of the Apivia and Macif Mutual health insurance companies in 2021, Apivia Macif Mutuelle (AMM) identified various projects resulting from this merger. The main mission was to oversee the impact study and implementation of the NOEMIE flow merger, taking into account the requirements of the CNAM (Caisse Nationale de l'Assurance Maladie) and the client's specific environment.

Missions:

➢ Transverse coordination of project contributors: internal AMM teams, suppliers, and institutions (CNAM and Ministry of Health)

➢ Responsible for co-constructing the scoping document with all project stakeholders:

◦ Definition of the project's need and impacts justifying its purpose

◦ Presentation of envisaged and selected solutions

◦ Constitution of the Economic Matrix

◦ Definition of a budget and associated schedule.

◦ Risk Management Document

➢ Co-construction of the Acceptance Testing Strategy with business units and technical teams

➢ Monitoring project progress.

➢ Facilitating various committee meetings (Steering Committee / Project Committee).

In a context of transformation of social protection in the public services sector through collective agreements, MGEN is transforming to comply with this new legislation. The mission consisted of replacing the project manager for Marketing communication applications.

Missions:

➢ Coordination of a team of 4 technical and functional contributors.

➢ Management of the migration from Selligent on-premise to Selligent Marketing Cloud.

➢ Scoping of complex and/or recurring Marketing campaigns.

➢ Definition of team priorities and monitoring of their activities.

➢ Construction of the Acceptance Testing Strategy and business support for Acceptance Testing.

➢ Facilitating various committee meetings (Project Steering / Application Monitoring / External Provider Monitoring /…).

Environment

➢ Selligent Marketing Cloud.

To solidify the merger of the Malakoff Médéric and Humanis Social Protection Groups, one of the first concrete actions was to deploy common tools for the employees of both groups. Applications were selected based on the offers to be marketed. The mission was to support Malakoff Médéric Humanis in merging the commercial applications for the individual direct market.

Missions:

➢ Scoping of projects resulting from the merger of the 2 Groups.

➢ Drafting of Requirements and Specifications.

➢ Construction of the Acceptance Testing Strategy and business support for Acceptance Testing.

➢ Facilitating and presenting project progress in Steering Committee meetings.

➢ Monitoring requests made to an external Maintenance in Operational Use (TMA) service.
