Céline Montariol

Graduated with a DESS in Management Control from the University of Paris X Nanterre, I began my career in 1998 as an operational management controller at ARTHUR ANDERSEN, responsible for the Tax & Legal activity and then for the Transaction Advisory Services activity after the EY – ARTHUR ANDERSEN merger.

Between 2006 and 2008, within ERNST & YOUNG's Transaction Support division, I carried out consulting assignments (acquisition due diligence / vendor due diligence) for large groups and investment funds.

In 2009, I joined DS Avocats, a multidisciplinary business law firm, as Financial Director to structure and manage management control, implement billing and collection processes, and supervise and support accounting teams and management assistants.

In 2015, I founded CEM CONSEIL to offer my SME & start-up clients tailor-made support for their development: financial consulting, strategy and management consulting, operational management control, implementation of budgetary processes, business plan modeling, optimization of working capital requirements, and fundraising,..
