CEY is an innovative company offering a unique approach combining marketing and communication strategy, caring management training, and workplace well-being, all enriched by art therapy techniques. CEY supports companies in establishing a virtuous cycle where performance, strategy, and team well-being mutually reinforce each other to create a healthy and motivating work environment. My role involves:

• Developing internal & external marketing and communication strategies to optimize companies' image and performance.

• Developing and delivering caring management training, integrating art therapy techniques to promote well-being and thus team performance.

• Designing and organizing art therapy-based team building sessions to strengthen team cohesion and prevent workplace stress.

• Advising companies on their quality of work life (QWL) and the integration of CSR solutions through caring and inclusive approaches.

My objectives at CEY:

• Bring a human and creative approach to corporate strategy.

• Use art therapy as a lever to improve team well-being, creativity, and performance.

• Offer tailor-made solutions to companies' needs, taking into account their values, challenges, and teams.

As an art therapy consultant, I support various audiences through interventions tailored to their specific needs. My approach is based on psychic creativity as a lever for expression and well-being.

My interventions:

In companies (Team Building & Quality of Work Life)

• Facilitating workshops promoting team cohesion and psychosocial risk prevention.

• Creating spaces for expression that facilitate communication and group dynamics.

In nursing homes (Resident Well-being & Cognitive Stimulation)

• Art therapy workshops adapted for residents, with or without cognitive impairments.

• Working on memory, self-esteem, and valuing life experiences through artistic mediations.

• Creating a calming and non-judgmental environment that encourages individual and collective expression.

In centers for young people with disabilities (Autonomy & Personal Development)

• Art therapy sessions aimed at supporting young people's expression and self-confidence.

• Personalized approach, respecting each individual's pace and specific needs.

• Support for social and professional integration through creativity.

My role is to provide a neutral space where creativity becomes a tool for exploration and transformation. I intervene with a respectful posture, without interpretive aims, to allow participants to fully inhabit their own space of expression.

Both a manager and a strategist, this conductor role was attached to general management. My role was to create the marketing and communication department.

Marketing Missions:

• Development and implementation of marketing action plans to contribute to revenue growth.

• Project management for commercial launches (marketing campaigns, advertisements, spots, merchandise, events…).

• Design and monitoring of related tools.

• Being one of the key players in defining the commercial strategy.

Communication Missions:

• Define, adapt, and lead the internal and external communication strategy.

• Manage the brand image of the group and its associated brands, their creations, modifications, and longevity. Ensure their promotion to various audiences.

• Guarantee the consistency of tools with the strategy, as well as the company's graphic and editorial identity, previously established in agreement with management.

• Determine the most appropriate communication actions. This leads to a range of actions, from publishing to events, including digital.

• Develop internal communication and, consequently, corporate culture.

All these missions rely on teamwork with department members and/or external stakeholders (advertising agencies, freelance printers) or with other departments, in a transversal function.
