The principle is to:

- assess the current state and outline the objectives,

- look at the fears and limiting beliefs causing the current partial result, to soothe and release them,

- organize the actions that successfully lead towards the defined objectives.

The common thread is the human factor with its limiting educational, cultural, personal beliefs despite personal skills and/or those of their team versus the tools of self-confidence, resilience, and subconscious reprogramming, body care through shiatsu-traditional Chinese medicine, physical activities, and personalized adapted nutrition.
