The "Le Campement" nursery is a nursery of the Bordeaux City Hall located within the Darwin ecosystem. The nursery hosts and supports a pool of over 20 innovative companies with a positive impact. https://lecampement-bordeaux.fr/ As coordinator, I support these companies in their growth.

In parallel to my roles at the "Le Campement" nursery, where I support 20 impact-driven companies, I freelance to support entrepreneurs and executives in smoothly and serenely navigating the stages of their company's development.

I particularly help entrepreneurs and executives to:

. Define and embody their leadership: redefine your vision, your "raison d'être", your professional and even personal roadmap. Lead your company with fluidity and success, aligned with your values, aspirations, expertise, and vision. Implement the organization that supports your company's development. . Clarify vision and strategy: I assist you in developing a strategy and roadmap that allows you to realize your company's vision profitably and sustainably, whether in the launch or development phase.
