- Off the coast of the Yeu and Noirmoutier islands

- Dieppe - Le Tréport.

Finance & Accounting

• Management of accounting for the 3 companies: management with the external firm, monthly reporting, preparation of annual accounts, review of IFRS entries,

• Monitoring and management of statutory auditors,

• Monitoring and coordination of taxes (VAT registration in Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium),

• Management of the Purchase to Pay process: team of 3 people,

• Implementation of the Yooz P2P tool,

• Treasury monitoring and management for the 3 entities: payment preparation, cash flow plan monitoring

Project Financing:

• Monthly calculation and preparation of loan drawdowns,

• Guarantee monitoring,

• Control and monitoring of investments and hedging,

• Review and update of internal procedures,

• Cost monitoring.

• Management of accounting, administrative, legal, and HR for the group's 3 entities, associated holding companies, and 2 SCI (real estate companies),

• Supervision of 2 people,

• Supervision and maintenance of accounting records, preparation of tax returns (VAT, Corporate Tax, CVAE),

• Management of payroll variables, payslip control, and import of accounting entries,

• Management of monthly closing (invoicing, import of accounting entries, expense report management, time tracking, creation of new clients, new assignments…),

• Annual closing: preparation of year-end entries (accrued expenses, deferred income, unbilled revenue, accrued liabilities), review of doubtful debtors, preparation of provisions for bonuses (variable and incentive).

After working for several years in a firm on audit and TS missions, I subsequently had the opportunity to hold a position in supply chain and management control in the United States for a year and a half. This subsequently led me to take on the role of Financial Administrative Manager in a deep tech startup. My various experiences have allowed me to develop technical skills in finance and accounting in different business sectors, enabling me to adapt to your company, participate in its development, and support you in monitoring and preparing reports for your management and shareholders. I am located in the Paris region and can travel throughout France.
