About Céline

After 9 years at Sephora, including over 5 years as a CRM Project Manager, I became a freelance consultant to diversify my experience in e-commerce and CRM. My goal is to help small and medium-sized businesses with their customer relationship and email marketing needs. I also assist them with other digital topics such as e-merchandising, project management, or product catalog management.

I support the definition and implementation of an email marketing and commercial animation plan.
I also help draft and implement an email charter that respects brand image, and ensure consistency of messaging on the website and in newsletters.
I work on defining an email animation and automation strategy with a focus on ROI.
