With over 20 years of experience in managing, coordinating, and steering Home Autonomy Services, I act as a strategic co-pilot for organizations seeking greater clarity, quality, and organizational stability. My expertise is built on a deep understanding of field operations, mastery of quality requirements (HAS), and a human-centered strategic approach.

As a referent for HAS self-evaluation, I help management teams structure their processes, secure their practices, and enhance service quality. I also support organizations with their financial challenges: balance sheet analysis, identification of recovery levers, and construction of realistic action plans to restore a healthy economic trajectory.

My goal: to bring fluidity back into organizations, support leaders' strategic decisions, and strengthen team performance while ensuring service compliance and viability.
