Expert reports are sent to me as soon as they are laid out. I establish a quote that includes the document format (PowerPoint or Word), the number of characters, including spaces, the correction rate, and any additional requests (document merging, summary correction sheet, etc.). All corrections are listed in a correction sheet grouping those made (agreement errors, punctuation errors, layout errors), those left to the client's choice (tense consistency, reformulation suggestions), and those not made and why (capitalization errors but requested by the client, missing terms, errors in an image and I cannot access it, etc.). My client is delighted with this experience.
