I establish a quote that includes the document format (PowerPoint or Word), the number of characters, including spaces, the correction pace, and any additional requests (document merging, summary table of corrections, etc.). All corrections are listed in a correction sheet grouping those made (agreement errors, punctuation errors, layout errors), those left to the client's choice (tense consistency, reformulation suggestions), and those not made and why (capitalization errors but client's request, missing terms, errors in an image I cannot access, etc.). My client is delighted with this experience.
